Underwater training: the rock carry
Here I am about 35 feet under carrying the rock at shark's cove, let me tell you, that thing is heavy:

I was bored so I thought I'd bust out this pic.
My friend and I checked the entire North Shore this morning before paddling out the Pinballs around 8am. We had it to ourself for like and hour. One pic survived of me shoulder hopping:
