8-12 foot tow in, Outer Reef Lefts
Got the green light last night, meeting Tony with 4 skis at 6:30am at the Harbor. Get there and the parking lot has more skis and trailors than I have ever seen in my life. Launched at 7:00 or so with Tony, Todd, Mauricio, Buzzy, Dave from Sick Shots, and Christian, on 4 skis. We had a ski for video, a ski for photos, a ski for rescue, and one to tow.
8-12 clean, sunny and glassy. Just us mostly on this outer reef left where you usually go right. Some huuuuge bowls and pits coming through, some looked like teahupoo. My six waves were great. You could get in waay outside then just see this mean end section gnarl bowl ahead of you, start pumping. Pics and Video to come soon.
Saw shawn briley out towing with kalani chapman, myles padaka and someone, Garrett Mcnamara said whats up to us, and we also saw slater and ross williams at the dock when we went in.
We got video and pics of almost every wave. It was long wait between turns but it was worth it!

Towsurfing Outer Reef 6-8 plus, super fun
Feeling pretty high after 8 waves in 6-8 foot, long and bowly in some sections, outer reef (assisted). 7 rights and one left that was kind of frightening, cause that one was like a 10 footer, and chop all over the face. I just squeeked by the end section of that one.
Much better were the rights, some with sections that looked like they were 200 feet ahead, but still makeable...My last one right before dark was my best, it bowled all the way through and I got one of my best ever bottom turn, top turn combos on the steep 6 foot wall. Stoked!!!
Had to share

Fun 4 foot Glass with some friends...surf pics
Woke up to beautiful no wind glass, I could see from the west angle my favorite secret spots would be good. I was about to go to one when my friend Jessie called me from another favorite spot, "I'm alone, it looks good!"
Just us and one friend enjoying inconsistent 4 foot glass. My first wave I got a cover up so I was happy.... My other friend Bud paddled out and caught my other best wave of the day on his waterproof digi!
Bud was left out there all alone, I got a few pics of one of his waves when I went in:
In early, setting up for a nice wall:
